Indonesian language courses at national universities nationwide


The Korea Center Indonesia is conducting various programs with 15 private and national universities in Indonesia. Together with various universities, our Korea Center provides an opportunity to study Indonesian by experiencing real Indonesia in various cultures and environments across Indonesia.

A Regular Course
The regular course is for Indonesian language majors who want to systematically study Indonesian language, long stays in Indonesia, and Koreans who plan to immigrate. The regular course runs from 1st to 6th grades, and the entire course takes about a year and a half to complete.

Entrance qualifications
  • Men and women who are students of high school graduation or higher and do not have any abnormalities in issuing visas
Course Overview
  • Stage: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th level
  • Semester: 10 weeks for the 4th semester of a year (spring, summer, autumn, winter)
  • Class capacity: 5 students in each class on average
  • Class schedule: 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday) 4 hours a day (8:00-11:50)
  • Cultural experience: once every semester (traditional craft experience, cooking class, etc.)
A Support Program
  • Student Helpers: Interaction activities with current students who help study Indonesian and live in the local area
  • Indonesian Conversation Class - Practice Conversation in Indonesian freely with local undergraduate students of this school (provided at all times) 
  • Support for selection of accommodation: If you want an outside accommodation other than the school dormitory, the school will support you to find an appropriate accommodation
Completion
  • 80% of the test and 20% of the class attitude
  • 4 subjects (speaking, listening, writing, reading) Average score of 70 or higher
  • More than 70 points for three subjects
  • 80% or more in attendance

Tuition Fee
  • Registration fee: USD 40 (non-refundable)
  • Tuition fee: USD 650/semester (including tuition fee)
